Why do we collect this information? The information you supply allows us to:

  1. make & confirm dog home boarding bookings
  2. send reminders for payments and dates
  3. answer your queries regarding our services
  4. for internal record keeping 

Note: additional personal information that we will request (but not gathered via the website and /or social media) is necessary to meet the requirements of an Animal Welfare Licence and is subject to the GDPR statement in our Terms & Conditions.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties ONLY if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with a legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements.

How and where do we store data: We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described in this privacy policy and to comply with the Regulations relating to Animal Welfare Licensing, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

Storage of your personal data is in accordance with the Regulations relating to Animal Welfare Licensing and as stated in the Sighthound Sleep Sound Operating Manual. Data will be (a) Retained for 3 years from date of booking and (b) Held securely.
